1. Returns are only accepted when the product packaging is unopened, sealed in its factory condition and the product is unused.
2. The return can be made within 15 days from the date of receipt.
3. Returns are not accepted on made-to-order items.
For returns, replacements & cancellations made due to the fault of the customer, no refund is made and the shipping costs of returning the products are borne by the customer. In any case, before sending the return/replacement you should contact us to give you final approval, as well as to be informed of any charges. It is possible to cancel your order before the product is shipped unless it is a made-to-order product. Cancellation can only be done by sending an email to sales@tsepaspack.gr and must have our approval.
